Riesling "Les Elements" — a great Alsatian white wine that delights sophisticated, rich flavor with bright acidity and soft texture. The wine is produced from Riesling grapes harvested from vineyards in the commune of Riquewihr, located near the town of Zellenberg. The soils are clay and sandy average age of vines is 30 years. After harvest Riesling for 4 months is fermented in large oak barrels and then 6 months aged on the lees. The wine has a storage capacity of up to 12 years.

The wine is sparkling Golden straw color.
The bouquet of the wine, elegant and fresh, reveals aromas of white flowers.
The taste of wine is harmonious, expressive, combining a pleasant minerality and light acidity. A long finish with citrus notes.
