Interesting facts

Governo, Toscana IGT, an elegant, well-structured wine, made from grapes of Sangiovese with the addition of Merlot and Canaiolo. The berries grow in the vineyards of Tuscany. Harvesting is carried out only after reaching the optimum ripeness of berries at the winery the fruit subjected to careful vinification in steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature. Wine is aged 10 months in French oak barrels.

The wine shows a ruby red color with elegant violet reflections.
The distinctive aroma of the wine is rich with hints of fruit jam and sweet spices.
The wine is pure, silky taste with rounded tannins, balanced acidity and a long, seductive finish.
Wine is a great accompaniment to red meat and game, truffle, Mature cheeses.
