Berries collected from 23-year-old vines growing on sandy alluvial soils. The harvest is carried out exclusively at night in January. The fermentation lasts for 18 days. The wine is aged on the lees for 100 days. After aging, the wine stabiliziruemost for tartrate to a temperature of -3 ºC. The potential of wine "Special Cuvee" Sauvignon Blanc is 2-4 years.
