Tenuta di Aglaea, Bianco, Sicilia DOC — white wine created from grapes Carricante, which grows in the vineyards in the commune of Castiglione and Randazzo. The soil of the vineyard consists of black soil with traces of sand, minerals and volcanic ash. The harvest is carried out during the second week of October. At the winery the fruit are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The potential of wine is 4-7 years.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine has an attractive Golden straw color.
Refreshing, harmonious aroma of the wine reveals hints of tropical fruit, pineapple, Apple and toasted spices.
The wine shows a clean, fresh taste with hints of tropical fruit, minerals and herbs, with spicy acidity and a long finish.
Wine is an excellent aperitif and blends in well with various fish dishes, vegetable salads, risottos and soft cheeses.
