"Tiefgang" Weissburgunder Mineralstein — dry white wine created from grapes Vayssburgunder (Pinot Blanc), which grows in the vineyards of the Palatinate with soil rich in minerals. At the end of the harvest, the berries are sent to the winery where they are subjected to soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. A brief excerpt of wine is also done in stainless steel vats. "Tiefgang" Vayssburgunder Mineralsin — the creation of a young enologist Victoria Lergenmuller, whose family with typical German thoroughness and devotion dedicated to winemaking since 1538. Victoria manages to create a unique wine with a distinct nobility, brightness and juiciness.

The wine has a clear, brilliant lemon yellow color.
The wine is juicy and bright aroma with hints of ripe yellow Apple and hints of pear and quince.
The taste of wine is fresh, fruity, mineral, with hints of ripe Apple and pear and a lovely long finish.
