Viviani, Valpolicella Classico — a dry red wine made from a blend of the grapes Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grown on the hills of Valpolicella in the area of Mazzano. Harvested by hand in late September-early October. Vinification took place with the traditional method, after which the wine is aged in oak barrels. Family Viviani cultivates six hectares of vineyards in the Valpolicella area in the village of Mazzano. The vineyards are located in the South-Eastern part at an altitude of 350-450 metres above sea level. Thanks to this altitude creates excellent air circulation combined with low humidity. All this is the most favorable impact on the quality of the grapes used to produce wine, Recioto, Valpolicella and Amarone great. Using the latest advances in the field of viticulture, combining tradition and modern equipment, the farm produces excellent wines Viviani. In the vineyards completely eliminated the use of various pesticides, herbicides and other chemical fertilizers, making the farm Viviani can participate in 2078 the European Union Directive for environmentally friendly agriculture.
