Elegant wine "Wallace" is named after the maiden name of Judith Wallis — wife of the founder of the winery Colin Glazer. The wine is a blend of 2 grape varieties: ripe spicy Shiraz, harvested from old vines, and a small portion of Grenache. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a strictly controlled temperature. Further, the wine for 14 months aged in old barrels of French (80%) and American oak (20%).

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is dark ruby color with a hint of ripe cherries.
Expressive, subtly spicy aroma of the wine reveals a combination of notes of red fruits, hints of anise and dried herbs.
The wine has a harmonious, rich and full-bodied taste, which is dominated by berry touches of BlackBerry, blueberry and cherry seductive undertones, embellished with accents of spice and oak.
Wine will be the perfect pair with a variety of red meat dishes and hard cheeses.
