The intensity and complexity of the aroma of wine is caused by its layered structure. One by one, opening the shades of red fruits, black berries, spices, flowers, toast and roasted nuts.
On the palate the wine is energy and vitality, complexity, and completeness. Elegant and balanced, it also has good structure and concentration. The persistent aftertaste is characteristic of the wines of Quinta De La Rosa.
The wine will be a decent couple of dishes of red meat, hard cheeses and desserts.
