"Alteno" — line Doc wines IGT, DOC, DOCG made from grapes grown in different regions of Italy. The wine is intended for everyday use, a wide range of line allows to choose a drink to any dish."Alteno" Chardonnay — dry white wine from grapes grown in the Sunny terroir of Sicily. After the harvest reached optimum ripeness, the grapes are pressed. The must is fermented in stainless steel vats at temperatures up to 18 ° C during 1-2 weeks. At the end of fermentation the wine undergoes a cleaning, filtering and cooling. After cold stabilization and additional cleaning should microfiltration and bottling.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine of straw color with greenish reflections.
Complex and intense aroma of wine is filled with tones of tropical fruits (banana, pineapple).
The taste of wine is fresh, slightly buttery, with well-balanced acidity and a pleasant aftertaste.
The wine goes well with appetizers, risotto, fish dishes and white meat.
