"Pacifico Sur" Reserva Sauvignon Blanc — white dry wine from grapes of Sauvignon Blanc grown in the valley of San Antonio. The vineyards are located in the coastal mountain range near the Pacific ocean, in whose name and named the range of wines "pacífico sur". The Mediterranean climate favors the production of grapes with unique properties. The crop harvested in April and transportyou to the winery in small crates to preserve the integrity of the fruit. Vinification is carried out in a traditional style with a maceration for 12 hours and fermentation 20-30 days at a low temperature.
