"Poggio ai Ginepri" Rosato — rose dry Tuscan wine, with notes of red berries and wild rose petals. As the main varieties used in the blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, assembled from the best vineyards of Bolgheri, a small addition of Syrah and Merlot add wine structure and complexity. The harvested grapes of each variety after a careful selection is vinified separately in stainless steel vats at a strictly controlled temperature conditions. The wine is then blended and bottled.
The wine is pale pink with a coral hue.
Shades of raspberry, strawberry and currant provide the basis of the fresh aroma of the wine, with notes of white flowers, spice, grapefruit, exotic fruit and mint.
The taste of the wine is rounded and balanced, with a noticeable persistence sweet fruit tones, for decoration of which features notes of minerals, rose petals and spices.
The wine is perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to light appetizers and salads.
