"Don Ramon", 2011 — a nice dry red wine, created from grapes Garnacha (75%) and Tempranillo (25%). The harvest for this wine are harvested in the second week of September. Vinification takes place according to traditional canons: after a 10-day maceration for each of the grape varieties separately comes the process of alcoholic fermentation and then malolactic fermentation. Then form a blend that is aged in American oak barrels for 3 months.
