Vine, which is harvested to create a red wine "Borsao" Reserva Seleccion, grown on mountain vineyards at an altitude of 500-700 meters above sea level, their age is about 40 years. Soil areas — organically poor but has good permeability. Fermentation of each variety takes place separately in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 24-28ºC and reaches a peak at 32º C. Maceration lasts for 15 days, after which 90% of the wine aged in French oak barrels and the remaining 10% in American oak barrels. The shutter speed is 17 months.
The wine has a delicate ruby-garnet color.
