Dry red wine "the Aria", 2012 — simultaneously sophisticated and complex, powerful and harmonious. Its complex bouquet is woven from notes of red berries and spices, and taste the charms richness of wild berries and soft tannins. Optimal serving temperature of wine is 17°C, and also a perfect combination with grilled meat, wine is also a good complement chicken dishes and spaghetti. "Aria" has a good aging potential but at a young age pleasing delicate bouquet and rich taste and moderate alcohol content helps to relax after a tiring day.Wine "Aria" is made from Sangiovese grapes grown in the vineyards of the commune of Gaiole in Chianti at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level with well-drained loamy soils. Harvested by hand in late September-early October. After pressing of the grapes, the resulting wort fermented for 25-30 days in stainless steel tanks in contact with the pulp and with a constant temperature control. Then, the beverage was placed on 12 months in oak barrels, and after bottling the wine for at least 6 months of aging in bottle. The prestigious wine area of Chianti Classico situated in the Tuscany region, in Northern Italy. This historic area is one of the oldest in Europe, the first records of which are dated XIII century.
