"Aiace" is a beautiful semi-dry red Italian wine, named after the famous Greek hero Ajax the Great. According to legend, he was a participant in the Trojan war, made a lot of feats, and always had the strength, courage, beauty, restraint and composure stunning.Wine "Ayyache" created from a blend of varieties Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera di Lecce. Lush vineyards, literally bathed in warm sunshine, surrounded by picturesque olive groves, located on dry, deep clay-siliceous and limestone soils. Crop harvested in early autumn, only in the early morning hours. Varieties beneficiosa separately from each other in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. The wine has a lively, balanced, slightly sweet flavor with a pleasant fruity flavor, hints of raspberry, BlackBerry and spice and a long finish.


The wine will make a good tandem with braised or grilled red meats, goat cheeses and lamb dishes.
