"Cote Faubourg" Muscat Moelleux — sweet white wine created from Muscat grapes, grown in the Vaucluse Department, in Provence, in the South of France. The vineyards are located on a plateau at the foot of the Dentelle de Montmirail. The region is characterized by clay-lime soils with a low content of river pebbles. Harvesting is carried out at the time of optimum ripeness of the berries, and then at the winery the fruit undergo vinification. Maceration at low temperature for 72 hours, which helps to release maximum aromatic characteristics of each berry. Fermentation also proceeds at a controlled low temperature, after which the wine is aged on the lees.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine has light straw color with Golden tints.
The rich aroma of wine is dominated by notes of exotic fruit, which complement the hints of white fruit and wildflowers.
The wine has a delicate, soft taste with tones of ripe fruits, pleasant sweetness and a soft, long finish.
The wine is perfect as an aperitif and also goes well with foie Gras, chocolate desserts and fruit.
