Sauvignon Blanc wine is made from grapes harvested manually. Berries are neat and gently pressed in a pneumatic press. After fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, the wine remains on the lees for the entire aging period, up to bottling. Malolactic fermentation is performed. Filtering is carried out with application of modern biological systems. Vintage 2015 will reveal its potential until the end of 2019.
The color of the wine is a pale straw with a greenish tint.
The wine has an intense fragrance that reveals hints of yellow fruit, hints of melon, peach and spicy touches of sage.
Elegant and balanced taste of the wine shows fresh acidity, soft buttery texture and rich tones of tropical fruit, the sound of which continues in a long, steady finish.
The wine works well with appetizers of ham and fish dishes, especially the sauce.
