Tasting Characteristics

The wine has deep, clear ruby-cherry color.
In a very intense and complex aroma of the wine reveals notes of black cherry, Cassis, pepper, licorice, truffles, coffee and animal nuances.
The taste of the wine is intense, pure, very elegant, perfectly balanced, with a remarkable amplitude, velvety texture, lovely firm structure with silky tannins, notes of red berries and fruit and a long finish.
The wine goes well with white and red meats, casseroles, vegetable dishes, hard cheeses.

About the manufacturer
