"Excelsior", Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie AOC — vivid, expressive white wine created by winemakers from the grape variety Melon de Bourgogne, which grows in 80-year-old vines. In the vineyards located in the village of Chapelle-Heulin, used organic methods. The harvest takes place by hand at the winery the berries are pressed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts takes place at a controlled temperature of 20°C in thermo-regulated tanks and lasts a few weeks. The wine is aged on the lees for 24 months, during the exposure regularly stirring.

The wine has an attractive straw yellow color.
The wine shows a lively, fresh aroma, which, like a Symphony, interwoven notes of citrus, Apple, lemon peel and minerals.
The taste of the wine is bright, generous and harmonious, with elegant citrus, floral and mineral tones, refreshing acidity and a long, seductive finish.
The wine blends perfectly with assorted delicatessen, poultry, white meats, baked dishes, roasted meat and soft cheeses. Also drink well will play an aperitif.
