Wine "Domaine de Trevallon" Rouge is known for its long aging process, which occupies more than 2 years and excellent storage potential. Since 2009 it is available under the name IGP Alpilles. The wine is made from grapes of the varieties Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, taken in equal proportions. Before harvest 2014 came the rain, so that is rarely found in the Domain de Trevallon, the grapes were taken directly from the vine. It was removed from the vines in the period from 22 September to 2 October. Before bottling the grapes separated from the ridges. Also in the manufacture of wine not used artificial sulphur and yeast. Aging for at least 24 months is in fudr and barrels and the sediment at the bottom of the barrels continue to nourish the wine during the aging process. Filtration before bottling is not produced. Vintage 2014 can be consumed young after decanting or kept for at least 12 years, it already shows the potential for development.

The wine is deep red in color.
The aroma of the wine a spicy, slightly peppery, with lovely floral notes.
The taste of the wine is delicate, full of freshness, graceful, solid and airy at the same time, well-balanced, fruity, with a long finish.
