Chablis Premier Cru "Vaucoupin" — an excellent, bright Chablis with rich, full-bodied taste and a delicate, subtle aroma with notes of flowers and white fruit. The Vaucoupin vineyard, which harvested Chardonnay for wine making, located on the South-East region of Chablis. The cultivated age of the vines is between 20-50 years. Winemaking takes place in the traditional way. After harvest, the Chardonnay is pressed and placed in temperature-controlled steel tanks 15 days fermentation at 18°C. the wine is aged in steel tanks takes 9 months. Wine storage capacity — 6-8 years.

The wine platinum color with pale emerald glare.
The wine is full of aromas of white flowers and ripe fruit.
Bright wine with a rich fruity taste with a perfect acidity.
Wine will be an excellent couple of fish dishes, also great as an aperitif.
