For the manufacture of dry white wine Familia Deicas, "Preludio"Barrel Select Blanco 2011 grape varieties used Chardonnay and Viognier. The grapes are grown on marl soils in a temperate climate, without sharp temperature changes between seasons. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels at 16°C. the wine is Aged for 11 months in oak barrels, after which it is bottled in dark bottles with natural corks and placed in special cellars where the drink Matures for several months.
