"Five Roses Anniversario" pink wine, first released in 1993 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of wine "Five Roses", the first rosé wines of Italy, which began bottling. A blend of "five Rozez Anniversario" blend of two Italian grape varieties: Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera di Lecce. Crop harvested in early September. The grapes are pressed gently, separating the ridges and the maceration is carried out for several hours at a temperature of 8-10°C. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14-16°C, after which the wine is aged 1 month in stainless steel tanks and 1 month in the bottle. Vintage 2008, devoted to the 66th anniversary of the "five Rozez", in 2010 won the "Price-quality" ("a Good drink at a low price") from the Italian wine critic Gambero Rosso."Leone de Castris" — an old winery, located in the Italian region of Apulia, which was founded in 1665. Now it is a large enterprise with a wide range of wines and a huge production volume. "Leone de Katris" produces white, red, rose, dessert and sparkling wines that not only satisfy the consumer but fulfilling the mission to promote Puglia and its wonderful terroir, history and culture.

The wine has a cherry red color.
The aroma of wine is dominated by notes of BlackBerry, red currant and roses.
The wine has a rich palate with fresh acidity, good structure and a persistent fruity finish.
The wine goes well with sushi, risotto, seafood, white meat, pasta, mushroom soups. Also used as an aperitif.
