The grapes for the wine"Classic Reserve" Sauvignon Blanc is grown in the Leyda valley, 14 km from the Pacific ocean, on a specially selected vineyard sites that are best suited for vines Sauvignon Blanc. They manage Canopy that helps to protect the berries from direct sunlight, keep the brightness of flavors, the freshness, flavor and pungency during the ripening period. The grapes are harvested manually early in the morning at the end of March and immediately send it back to the sorting table to select only ripe and rot free clusters. In a pneumatic press, the harvest undergoes cold maceration for 12 hours to enhance the flavor and aroma. The juice is cooled to 8ºC and clarified by sedimentation. Then ferments the wort for 20 days in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of from 12 to 16°C, the process stops upon reaching the desired degree of dryness. The wine Matures on the lees for 5 months roundness and improve the structure of taste.

The wine is yellow-straw color.
The aroma of the wine reveals expressive notes of citrus — lime, tangerine, grapefruit, hints of passion fruit and grassy notes.
The taste of wine is fresh, sweet, with concentrated fruit notes and a mineral character, crisp acidity and a juicy finish.
Wine perfect as an aperitif and goes well with fish, seafood, salads and pasta.
