Interesting facts

"Liberta" — wine with an unusual for the Tuscan region varietal composition. While each class has a role to play in the perfectly balanced taste of wine, soft tannins Merlot complement the richness and spiciness of Syrah and the elegant fragrance of Sangiovese. These varieties are grown on a plot with South-West exposure, located South of Florence at an altitude of 180 meters above sea level and covers 11 hectares. Vineyard soil loam, interspersed with limestone and gravel. Harvested manually. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks and malolactic fermentation the wine was aged for 10 months partially in steel tanks and partly in oak barrels. The wine has a unique storage capacity in the next 10-15 years.
