Refreshing wine M. A. N., Sauvignon Blanc has a pleasant fruity taste and delicate aroma, made from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc (90%) and Semillon (10%) grown in the Western Cape and Paarl. 49% of the grapes sourced from Agter-Paarl, 41% of the berries are brought from Stellenbosch and 10% of Durbanville. The last two regions are more cool climate. Berries are harvested during the optimum ripeness, carefully sorted and pressed. The resulting wort settles, and then undergoes fermentation, which lasts more than 20 days and takes place in stainless steel tanks at 13°C. Before bottling the wine is clarified and filtered. The use of this technology allows to pass the blame varietal characteristics of the grapes, to preserve its fresh flavor and aroma.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is pale straw-yellow color.
In the subtle fruity wine captured the aromas of pineapple, lime and grapefruit in the frame of notes of fresh herbs and silicon.
Soft, well balanced wine has a medium length palate with pleasant notes of passion fruit, peach, lemon and other tropical fruits that are balanced by refreshing acidity.
This wine will make a perfect pair with salads, sushi, fish dishes or seafood. It can also be served as an aperitif.
