Marcel et Blanche Fevre, Chablis AOC is a fantastic Chablis, with notes of white fruit, fresh herbs and hints of crushed minerals. Vines of Chardonnay are grown on steep hills in the heart of Chablis, which is known for its limestone soils and give only small yields. The vineyards were planted by Marcel Fevre more than 50 years ago in 1965. Here, the dry and cold climate with very mild summer allows the king of the white Chardonnay grapes fill the palate the wine subtle mineral nuances and improve with age.

The aroma of the wine a subtle, clean, mineral, with hints of green Apple, pear, orange peel, melon, honey and herbs.
On the palate the wine the alcohol almost not felt since well balanced with a pleasant acidity. Tones of nectarine, green Apple and pear wrapped in soft nuances of Jasmine, citrus, lemongrass and crushed stone.
The wine will be a classic combination with fish dishes, seafood.

Семья Февр занимается производством вина уже более века. Предок нынешнего владельца винодельни, Жиля Февр, Зафир возделывал свои виноградники еще в XIX веке. Начало ХХ века в семье Февр связано с развитием виноделия под руководством прадеда Жиля — Марселя Февр. Будучи предпринимателем по натуре, а также дальновидным управленцем, он сумел рассмотреть потенциал вин Шабли, пророча им большое будущее. Дело отца продолжил Бернар Февр, который приходится дедом нынешнему хозяину семейной винодельни. Бернар купил в Шабли несколько виноградников класса Гран Крю и Премье Крю, тем самым расширив территорию компании. Следующий период развития винодельни связан уже с именем отца Жиля — Жака Февр, который не только смог приобрести новые участки, но и возродить те территории, которые в свое время были поражены филлоксерой.
