A wonderful red wine Moulin De Gassac "Albaran" belonging to the category of Vin de Pays (VdP), made from grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The Syrah vines are planted on limestone hills, and Cabernet Sauvignon grown on sandy calcareous marl soils. Harvested by hand and mechanical methods. Vinification each variety is produced separately from each other. Tasting Characteristics

Wine of intense red color.
Delightful bouquet of the wine created a wonderful combination of aromas of candied black currant, preserved in alcohol fruits, nuts, vanilla and other spices.
Fine wine with good structure and excellent balance with a warm, rounded palate with silky tannins. Among the dominant notes of red fruit felt notes of toasted bread.
This wine should be opened an hour before drinking or decant. Albaran perfectly matched with roast pork, dishes of beef and lamb. It is served with pate, game, ham, mushrooms, chicken, goat and blue cheeses.
