"Attitude" Rose — wine that is produced from grapes grown in the Loire valley using traditional methods of winemaking. The soils of the Loire valley mainly chalk, limestone and clay, making wine becomes a wonderful fruity aroma and freshness."The attitude" rose is a blend of Pinot Noir, Cabernet franc and Gamay. Pressing and maceration of each of the three varieties separately. The final blend is made after vinification. Pinot Noir gives the wine elegance and fruity notes, Gamay — strength, and Cabernet franc — shades of red berries in the aroma and structure.
The wine is a brilliant pink color.
Exquisite, rich aroma of the wine shows a combination of fruit and berry shades, complemented by undertones of candied fruit and light floral accents.
The wine has a soft, pleasant taste with a predominance of juicy fruit accents on the harmonious background of acidity. The finish is sustained with delicate grassy notes and hints of cherry.
The wine perfectly complements salads, beef, pork and poultry, soft cheeses.
