Pazo Senorans, Albarino is an elegant and fresh wine, one of the most serious in the area of RIAs Biaxas, fully expresses all the taste and aromatic characteristics of the grape variety albariño. The wine is made from the best harvest of Albarino from low-yielding old vines farms Paso de Senorans in the RIAs Baixas. Wort fermentation is made in small steel tanks in which the wine is then aged on fine lees with regular bâtonnage. Despite the fact that many American experts recommend to use Albarino for the first 2-3 years, this wine has a much larger storage capacity — up to ten years. During this time spent in the bottle, the wine develops a wonderful texture, softens the high natural acidity and shows more of the rich flavors.
The wine straw-yellow color with vivid greenish reflections.
Intense aroma of wine is filled with powerful fruit notes of peaches, orange peel, lychees, fresh figs and delicate hints of white flowers and anise.
In the bright, fresh palate the wine presents juicy tones of citrus fruit, apples, white peaches. The impression of the wine ends in mineral, long aftertaste with hints of aniseed and white fruit.
Wine will be the perfect pair of fish dishes and seafood, especially oysters and shellfish can be consumed as an aperitif.
