"SL" Cabernet Sauvignon — dry red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon. Vineyard "SL" were planted in 1999, it is located near Fonteblanda, opposite the natural Park of Maremma. Harvesting is done in two stages — in the first or second week of October. The interval of one week allows you to collect only those clusters that have reached perfect ripeness. Fermentation and maceration are made in stainless steel tanks for three weeks. Then pressed and the must is placed in new French oak barrels where made malolactic fermentation and aging of wine on the lees for 12 months. After that, the wine is further aged for 2 months in steel tanks and 12 months in bottles.
