"Sanvigilio" Pinot Grigio Blush — pink dry wine made from Pinot Grigio. Time of harvest is determined by means of tests, showing the degree of ripeness. After careful selection the grapes destebliruetsya, crushed and cooled to a temperature of 8°C. Cold maceration that lasts 4-5 hours at 8°C, is carried out in the absence of air in order to increase flavor extraction. The wine is a delicate pale pink color with salmon reflections.
Elegant aroma of the wine filled with peach and floral tones.
The taste of wine is fresh, light with strawberry notes, a velvety texture, refreshing acidity and a harmonious finish.
The wine goes well with seafood, cold meats, vegetables, and also excellent as an aperitif.
