"Sori' Paitin" Barbaresco created from the popular Piedmont Nebbiolo grapes. The wine is both powerful and elegant, rich and balanced, with ripe, velvety tannins and a long finish. Despite the fact that the wine "Sori Paitin" Barbaresco for many years, received a high estimation of experts, winemakers, Giovanni and Silvano Paschero Elia was looking for ways to make it even better. To create the vintage 2010 they invited enologist Dante Scaglione, with whom he achieved great results: the wine can lay claim to being one of the best produced in Barbaresco.

Tasting Characteristics

An attractive wine red garnet color.
The wine has a complex, multifaceted aroma with notes of ripe red fruits, crushed stone, licorice and sweet spices.
The wine is rich, generous palate with notes of tobacco, licorice, spices and orange zest, with perfectly balanced acidity and a persistent finish.
Wine is a good complement to dishes of red meat, game, Mature cheeses.
