"Takun" Chardonnay Reserva is a great wine with intense fruit and spicy aroma, fruity flavor with bright acidity. The wine is made from Merlot grapes grown on plots located in the Central Valley on clay-sandy soils interspersed with rocks and limestone. Harvesting is done manually. Fermentation at controlled temperatures and aging for a short time is carried out partly in steel tanks and partly in oak barrels. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 6 months. Storage capacity is 2-3 years.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine has deep purple color.
In an intense aroma of wine is dominated by notes of plum, cherry and black pepper.
The taste of the wine is medium-bodied with a pleasant acidity and bright, fruity finish.

The wine goes well with a variety of meats, poultry (Turkey, duck) and salmon cooked on the grill.
