Tenuta Cantagallo, Chianti "Montalbano"— a dry red wine that is produced from the famous Sangiovese grapes. Harvested in mid-October at the time of full maturity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature. Then the wine is placed in large barrels of French oak Allier and maintained for 4 months. Then the wine is bottled and aged for another 4 months.Tenuta Cantagallo (Tenuta Cantagallo) — the winery, whose name translates as "the singing rooster", it belongs to the family peratstsuolli since 1970. The winery is located in the picturesque town of Montalbano, known as the birthplace of the great Leonardo da Vinci. Even the local landscapes preserved in their outlines trends of the Renaissance. Today the estate is led by Enrico Parazzoli, which accounts for the founder's grandson.
