Tenuta Cantagallo, Chianti, 2009 — dry red wine that is produced from the famous Sangiovese grapes. It is harvested between the middle of October, at the time of full maturity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature. Then the wine is placed in large barrels of French oak Allier and maintained for 4 months.
