Veralda Rose is not just high quality and delicious rose wine, the pride of the family Visintin. The family winemaking tradition and the courage of the owner Veralda, combined with new production technologies have led in 2008 to a sensational discovery and the creation of a rosé wine from the Refosco varieties, which laid the Foundation for the development of a new kind of wine production throughout the region. Grapes are grown in Western Istria belozernoe on fertile soil. Harvested by hand, carefully selected and separated from the ridges. Then the grapes are gently pressed to avoid getting deep colors. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks takes place at a controlled temperature. Maceration lasts 3-4 days.
