A blend of red wine "Caspagnolo" Chianti Colli Senesi is from Sangiovese and a small portion of Merlot grown in the Colli Senesi area of the Chianti wine region. The wine is aged briefly in Slavonian oak barrels, then clarified and aged in the bottles for about 3-4 months. Annually produces 60 million bottles of wine "Kaspanolo" Chianti Colli Senesi. The wine has a good storage capacity for 10 years.The farm "Villa Poggio Salvi" belonging to the home wine Biondi Santi, seeks to preserve the traditional quality wines of Brunello. Vineyards located in Montalcino at an altitude of 300-500 meters above sea level and Casavecchia at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level. In the vineyards in Montalcino, with a total area of 23 hectares, mainly grown Sangiovese Grosso and 20 hectares in Casavecchia planted Sangiovese and Merlot.
