Interesting facts

The wine Zenato Bardolino is made of three grape varieties — Corvina, Rondinella and Merlot grown in vineyards facing South-East coast, between Bardolino and Peschiera. Harvest destebliruetsya and press, fermentation for 10 days takes place in stainless steel tanks at 26 °C. After alcoholic fermentation the wine is separated from grape skins by soft pressing.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is ruby red colour of moderate intensity.
Bright fruity wine is filled with hints of raspberry, ripe strawberries and herbs, with nuances of sweet spice and earth.
Taste the wine is dry, with crisp refreshing acidity, soft tannins, notes of raspberry, ripe strawberries and herbs.
The wine goes well with soups, dishes of white meats, hard cheeses and salami.
