Badagoni, Brut — vigorous, light, fresh sparkling wine made from handpicked grapes Kakhuri Mtsvane, grown in the famous wine region of Georgia — Kakheti. The production of wine based on the classical method of secondary fermentation in sealed tanks under pressure. After secondary fermentation the wine is aged for several months. Unique bottle for the Brut are the result of creative collaboration of the winery Badagoni with the Italian company Tonutti. This is a lovely wine with a delicate pearly threads of bubbles and a long finish will make a harmonious pair with almost any dish from aperitif appetizers to desserts. Recommended to serve chilled (at a temperature of 5 °C).

The wine is a brilliant straw color with fine, delicate and persistent perlage.
The wine has a fresh, light aroma with hints of green Apple.
The taste of the wine is refreshing, energetic, light, with beautiful notes of citrus fruits, balanced by hints of apples and a long fresh finish.
Wine served as an aperitif, goes well with fish, vegetables, grilled, sushi and desserts.
