"Acustic" Blanc — dry white wine that is produced from a blend of 4 varieties: Garnacha, Macabeo, Garnacha Gris and Pansa Blanca. Collection and sorting of the harvest is done manually, after which the grapes are subjected to maceration on the skins for 2 weeks at a very low temperature. After a light pressing fermentation process takes place: 70% of the must is fermented for two months in stainless steel tanks, 30% of the must is fermented for four months in French oak barrels after which the wine is bottled. In 2004, albert Jean founded the wine house Seler Acoustic. In 2005, Acoustic wine was on the list of the best wines of Catalonia and received high marks. The vineyards on sandy and shale soil grow old vines (some of them more than 100 years) of indigenous varieties of Garnacha and Samso. When making wines using the longstanding winemaking traditions of local farmers. Wine Celler Acoustic not filtered or clarified, kept in various sizes and degrees of burning barrels.
