The famous wine estate of the region of Aconcagua – Arboleda owns at least known in the wine world, Eduardo Cadvise (originally the winery was a joint venture Chadwick and Mondavi, but in 2005, Eduardo bought a share of their partners). The winery was founded in 1999 and was named Arboleda ("Grove") as surrounded by sparse copses. The vineyards are located 50 km from the Pacific ocean in the Aconcagua valley called "Las Vertientes". Height above sea level: 380-590 meters, the soil is clay and stony, the climate is fairly mild with morning fog and winds from the coast. The combination of fairly cool climate and soil with good drainage allows you to create a full-bodied red wines and make berries the perfect balance of acidity and maturity. 72 hectares of vineyards are concentrated varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet franc and Petit Verdot. Arboleda Cabernet Sauvignon – a good representative of its class, complex, harmonious, with well integrated tannins, long and elegant finish.
The wine has deep ruby red color.
Wine with the aroma of freshly picked red fruit that reveals notes of cherry, black currant, blueberry and strawberry, which adds subtle hints of vanilla, caramel and spices.
Integrated harmonious wine with good tannins. Juicy fruit flavor with hints of licorice, chocolate and caramel.
The wine is recommended to serve with grilled red meat, game, duck breast and goose.
