Blend wine Arboleda, Cabernet Sauvignon is composed of 2 grape varieties, dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard "Las Vertientes", from which was harvested for this wine is 50 km from the Pacific ocean in the Aconcagua valley. The height above sea level is 380-590 m. the Soil is clay and rocky. The climate is fairly mild, with morning fog and winds from the coast. The combination of fairly cool climate and soil with good drainage allows you to create a full-bodied red wines and make berries the perfect balance of acidity and maturity. After the harvest, by hand, maceration is carried out for 20-30 days. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 24-28°C. the Wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (23% new). Arboleda Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful representative of his class, complex, harmonious wine with well integrated tannins, long and elegant finish. The famous wine estate of the region of Aconcagua — "Arboleda" belongs no less famous in the wine world, Eduardo Cadvise (originally the winery was a joint venture Chadwick and Mondavi, but in 2005, Eduardo bought a share of their partners). The winery was founded in 1999 and received the name "Arboleda" ("Grove") as surrounded by sparse copses. The wine has attractive red-purple color.
The wine shows intense, complex aroma with notes of raspberries, dried fruit, tobacco leaf and black pepper that perfectly complemented by balsamic and cedar nuances.
The wine has a pleasant, rich flavor with a silky texture, notes of grapefruit, lemon scent, with soft, round tannins and a long finish.
