Wine, Caymus, Cabernet Sauvignon is made from grapes grown in the most suitable areas for this variety. Feature Cabernet from Keimoes in the fact that it, thanks to a blend of fruit from mountain sites, acquires new dimensions of taste. The level of acidity in this wine is less, and tannin is higher compared with other Cabernets of NAPA valley.
The wine is deep purple-black color.
The aromatic bouquet of the wine filled with generous notes of berries and currants, hints of violets and chocolate, which smoothly evolve and give way to tones of lilac, raspberry leaf, anise and cardamom.
The taste of wine is full bodied, with soft, velvety tannins and a high level of freshness, replete with attractive notes of black fruit, embellished with hints of chocolate. The finish is long and very spicy.
The wine goes well with salads (warm, leaf, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar), a dish of red meat — filet Mignon, rib eye, medium rare with rosemary, chicken baked in honey-spicy sauce.
