"Вейн унд Вассер" — молодой крымский производитель вин с полным циклом производства. Предприятие было открыто в 2009 году на базе крупнейшего советского хозяйства им. Софьи Перовской (пос. Любимовка, север Севастополя). Система производства и управления винным хозяйством была полностью модернизирована, восстановлены старые погреба 1890 года (шталевские подвалы), появилось современное оборудование. На виноградниках компании выращиваются лозы известных международных сортов: Мерло, Шардоне, Пино Нуар, Совиньон Блан.
