Interesting facts

The homeland of grapes of Syrah is the Rhone valley in France, but now this sort of crossed the ocean and successfully engraft in the region of SONOMA, California. The combination of warm days, foggy mornings and cool nights are beneficial to the cultivation of Syrah, creating a greater concentration of fresh blue berries, saturated colors and smooth tannins.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is dark red in color with purple highlights.
The aromatic bouquet of the wine abounds with flavors of berry pie, with hints of chocolate and pickled peppers.
The taste of the wine has a silky texture, fruity, notes of baked BlackBerry and cherry, hints of smoke, pepper and licorice. The finish is long and dry.
The wine matches perfectly with grilled salmon, roasted vegetables and pasta.
