Volcanic Hill vineyard is located on 8 acres on the South side of the hill. It is characterized by the warmest climate among the vineyards of Diamond Creek. The soils are gray volcanic ash deposited here 8 million years ago after the eruption of MT. "Volkenik hill" is the most "long-playing" wine farm Diamond Creek. Tasting Characteristics

The drink is characterized by a dense, deep ruby-purple color.
In a concentrated, young but ripe aroma of the drink captured the tone of wild berries, BlackBerry, currant, sage, mint, anise, spice and hints of earth.
The taste of the wine is characterized by soft tannins, hints of wild herbs, rich layers of ripe fruit and hints of minerals.
