Vineyard Volcanic Hillрасполагается on 8 acres on the South side of the hill. It is characterized by the warmest climate among the vineyards of Diamond Creek. The soils are gray volcanic ash deposited here 8 million years ago after the eruption of MT. "Volkenik hill" is the most "long-playing" wine farm Diamond Creek. Along with the dominant Cabernet Sauvignon may contain a small amount of grape varieties extraordinary Petit Verdot.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine has a rich ruby-purple color.
The wine shows a luxurious, seductive fragrance that reveals notes of Creme de Cassis, blueberry, crushed stone and spring flowers.
The wine impresses with a rich, full, generous taste with lots of tannins, pure fruit tones and an incredibly long finish.
The wine is beautiful in itself, but is also ideal for dishes of meat, game, cooked with spices, mushrooms, zucchini or eggplant.
