Volcanic Hill vineyard is located on 8 acres on the South side of the hill. It is characterized by the warmest climate among the vineyards of Diamond Creek. Tasting Characteristics

The wine has deep dark ruby color.
The wine has an elegant aroma that combines tones of dried fruit and black currant, complemented by hints of tobacco, menthol, sage and earth.
Full-bodied taste of the wine offers intense ripe fruit notes combined with hints of black currant, violet and smoke. Characterized by firm tannins, hints of mineral and a long finish.
The wine is beautiful in itself, but is also ideal for dishes of meat, game, cooked with spices, mushrooms, zucchini or eggplant.
