Chardonnay white Vougeot Blanc the 1 er Cru Les Cras produced from grapes grown on the limestone soils of the appellation Vougeot Blanc 1er Cru Controlee. Berries are double sorted in the collection and before delivery to the pneumatic press. After removing the precipitate, the pure grape juice gets in oak barrels (25% new) for further alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Wine aging lasts from 12 to 15 months before bottling.Domaine Bertagna, founded in the 1940s by Claude Bertani, a Frenchman, who came from Algeria, now belongs to the famous winemaking family, Gunther-PEX who own several wineries in different parts of the world. The estate is located in the small town of Vougeot, in the heart of the côte de Nuits in Burgundy.

The wine has a pale yellow color.
The aroma of wine is dominated by sweet tones of fruit, honey and toasted bread.
